That's because there is no money "loaded" on the card AND it is directly registered to Tulare-Kings Right to Life.

When the card is swiped, a credit is accrued to Tulare-Kings Right to Life no matter who uses it.

By the way, up to 3% of the cash value of your purchase will be donated to Tulare-Kings Right to Life.

So if you normally purchase $500 worth of groceries each month, we would get $15. Over a year's time, that's $180.
